Hi my name is Corky. I really need some special person to give me a second
chance at life. You see I have diabetes, so to keep me healthy I have to receive insulin injections. As long as I am regular on the insulin I can have a nice long life. I am such a sweet girl and only 7 years old. Please give me a chance at having another 7 years, I will be forever grateful! Hopefully I will see you soon.
