We offer advice on any pet behavior problems you are having with your pets. Email us at behavior@harborhumane.org and a staff member will respond within 24 hours. Advice given by HHS personnel should never take the place of a veterinarian. If you suspect your pet has a medical condition, please consult your vet.

Found a Stray Dog?
If the dog has a license, try looking up the number on Ottawa County’s license lookup.

Report Neglect and Abuse
If you see someone neglecting or abusing a pet, please call Ottawa County Dispatch at 1.800.249.0911. By caring enough about an animal to call for help, you have taken the first step toward helping people learn how to become more responsible pet caregivers, or removing an animal from an abusive or life-threatening situation.
